From the Andes

I grew up in Mérida, Venezuela. Surrounded by mountains and nature. I started exploring photography with my father’s film camera when I was still a kid. It felt like pure magic, and that is where my passion began.
I moved to Spain, and that is where landscape photography really took hold. It has been my real passion ever since, the thing I get completely immersed in. I look for how big a landscape can be, how much it changes, and the details you only find if you stay long enough. Today I live in the Netherlands, where I work as a software architect. I love travelling, close to home and far from it, chasing the light and freezing the places that catch my attention in a frame.
